Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Metro cities: 5-7 business days. Rural areas: up to 14 business days.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After production starts, cancellations are not possible.
Q: What if my product is damaged?
A: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement for products damaged in transit.
Q: Can I return customized products?
A: Customized products cannot be returned unless there is manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.

A: You will receive tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

A: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, PhonePe, Google Pay and other digital payment methods.

A: Cash on Delivery is available for selected pincodes and order amounts.

A: Printing process takes 2-3 business days after order confirmation before shipping.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: Modifications can be made only within 24 hours of placing order. Once production starts, changes cannot be done.
